Merrell’s MTL Long Sky trainers are a bit of a treat, aren’t they? They’re essentially running trainers, complete with ultra-breathable mesh uppers, but thanks to the dead grippy outsoles and proper comfy EVA foam insoles and midsoles, they’re just as good for exploring uncharted wilderness as they are for lapping Hulme Park.
